What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.

How do I clean and maintain my lashes?
To extend the life of your lashes, gently remove any excess glue with a cotton swab and makeup remover after each use. Store them in their original acrylic case to maintain their shape and protect them from dust.
