At ElaraCraft Lashes, we want you to feel confident in every blink; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unopened products. Due to the hygienic nature of beauty tools and eyelashes, items must remain in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused lashes in their original box and include a printed copy of your authorization email to ensure your return is identified correctly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RA number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
